This high quality thermal camera drone system is made for aerial observation of utilities.
With this powerful aerial system, you'll be able to easily assess electrical substations from the air, or take to the skies and study large, industrial chimneys to see if structural integrity has been compromised.
This drone is a joint effort between FLIR, the world's premier thermal camera manufacturer and drone manufacturer DJI. Inside the kit, you'll receive a DJI Inspire 1 drone and a specifically-designed powerful FLIR thermal camera for the drone. A stabilising gimbal is also included; this ensures that the camera remains fixed in place when airborne, as well as giving the user full, 360 degree rotation.
The system is controlled entirely by a supplied control pad. You can attach an iPad or similar tablet to the controller and interface wirelessly with the drone to view live footage in real-time, making it as simple as possible to pilot the drone over a distance.
