To this end, these rugged infrared cameras are equipped with an IP66-rated housing, automatic screen heaters, radiometric thermal imaging, and a range of analysis functions. In addition to capturing radiometric, 16-bit, 320 x 240-pixel images, these cameras are able to measure temperature differences and include spot, area and isotherm functions. They are also equipped with a 1-8x continuous zoom and a thermal sensitivity of <50mK. Moreover, it is possible to share analysis and alarm results; the FLIR A310F Fixed Mount Security/ Automation Thermal Imaging Cameras’ include integrated web servers.

Thermal footage can be streamed to a PC in real-time via an Ethernet connection; the FLIR A310F Fixed Mount Security/ Automation Thermal Imaging Cameras support MPEG-4 streaming and composite video output. It is also possible to control and power these IR imagers via Ethernet. 

Furthermore, as the FLIR A310F Fixed Mount Security/ Automation Thermal Imaging Cameras can be synchronised via SNTP, they may be used in conjunction with each other to monitor larger areas (multi-camera utility software required).  In addition to this, they can be connected to industrial control equipment such as PLCs.
