The FLIR E75 Thermal Imaging Camera is ideal for building, electrical and mechanical applications. For a quick introduction to this product, please see the video below. 

The FLIR E75 Thermal Imaging Camera features up to three expansive temperature ranges:

  • -20°C to 120°C / -4°F to 128°F
  • 0°C to 650°C / 32°F to 1200°F
  • OPTIONAL: 300°C to 1000°C / 572°F to 1830°F

The FLIR E75 also features a true 42° FOV; a laser-assisted autofocus and a thermal resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, ensuring that it is capable of capturing clear, detailed images of wide areas.

Moreover, the laser-assisted autofocus and the automated colouring of both the hottest and coldest points within an image facilitate the instrument’s ability to identify hot spots within crowded scenes. This allows the user to identify faults within structures, such as air leaks and moisture intrusions. The FLIR E75 is a radiometric camera. Therefore each of the 76 800 pixels on its 4-inch, PCAP touchscreen display includes a temperature measurement. The FLIR E75 is able to detect temperature differences as slight as 30mK. It also includes an advanced spot-size performance which allows it to conduct accurate temperature measurements of smaller targets from greater distances. Images captured using the FLIR E75 Thermal Imaging Camera can be viewed on its display. This touchscreen display features auto-orientation and a 160° viewing angle.

Media may also be saved to the camera’s removable 8GB SD memory card. Using the integrated speaker and microphone, images can be saved with voice and text annotations and, due to the inclusion of a compass, are automatically saved with GPS and image orientation information.  

The intuitive user interface and new folder and naming system make recalling these images simple. Furthermore, files saved to the camera's SD card can be downloaded to a PC via USB.

Alternatively, media can be sent via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to smartphones or tablets using the FLIR Tools+ app. The user can also connect this camera to FLIR’s  clamps, moisture meters or multimeters using METERLiNK®, expanding the camera’s scope-for-use and facilitating efficient team collaboration.  

The image-saving functions, as well as imaging modes and measurement tools, are easily accessible via the intuitive touchscreen interface and the conveniently located function buttons. This navigation system, together with the camera's comfortable, handheld design ensures that the FLIR E75 can be operated using a single hand.

Via this navigation interface the user is able to access the following features and functions:

  • Infrared image capture: via IR detectors
  • Digital image capture: via integrated 5MP digital camera with LED light
  • MSX® mode: combines digital and IR imaging to create a detailed thermal image that clearly indicates heat distribution (see the image below)
  • Picture-in-Picture (PIP) mode: allows the user to focus on a particular section of the overall image
  • Isotherm Colour Alarm: set alarms, such as condensation and insulation alarms, in order to automatically detect structural problems
  • Adjust the emissivity
  • Alter colour palettes: choose from iron, grey, rainbow, artic, lava and high-contrast rainbow
  • Thumbnail gallery: to easily swap between images
  • Sketch-on Image function

Should the user wish to, he/she may also purchase additional lenses which may be used interchangeably with the FLIR E75 Thermal Imaging Camera. These lenses auto-calibrate with the camera, thereby maintaining the high accuracy of the E75's temperature measurements.

Finally, the FLIR E75 Thermal Imaging Camera has been optimised for use in a variety of challenging environments, and to this end, includes a rugged, water-tight chassis and scratch-resistant Dragontail™ cover glass. Its resilience and durability are all but guaranteed by the included FLIR warranties:
