The FLIR One Pro LT (Lite) Smartphone Thermal Cameras for Android & iOS (3rd Generation) are designed to transform the user’s smartphone into a thermal imaging instrument. It is the medium-grade model in FLIR’s One and One Pro Series of Smartphone Thermal Cameras and like its sister products, the FLIR One and FLIR One Pro, it is available in three variations. FLIR OneFit™ Adjustable Connector
These cameras have been optimised for professionals and hobbyists alike and so are equipped with a tough, 1.8m-drop tested casing, making them suitable for use in a variety of challenging environments.
Furthermore, attaching the FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras to a smartphone does not compromise the mobile’s safety or protection. Each thermal camera includes a FLIR OneFit™ 4mm Adjustable Connector, which ensures that the FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras are securely connected to the user’s smartphone, whilst also accommodating for a vast majority of protective phone cases.
The FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras are designed to attach to the user’s smartphone like a dongle. It features dual thermal and visual cameras. The FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras have a thermal resolution of 4800 pixels (80 x 60p), a thermal sensitivity of 100mK, and a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C. These features facilitate a number of the FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras’ imaging capabilities and functions (see below). FLIR VividIR Technology
This technology allows the FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras to measure temperatures more accurately and facilitates their ability to capture sharper, clearer, more detailed thermal images which are easier to interpret. This is achieved by increasing the number of pixels in each image by up to four times and enhancing native IR resolutions.
FLIR VividIR technology is at its most effective when used with the FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras’ MSX® technology. When these technologies are used together, these cameras are able to produce images of the highest possible quality, making troubleshooting quicker, easier and more precise.
FLIR MSX® Technology
FLIR’s MSX® Technology utilises the FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras’ visual and thermal cameras. It adds visual details to the thermal images, thereby increasing the clarity of these pictures and enabling the user to identify sources of heat and dampness more quickly and precisely.

This compatibility adds to the versatility of the cameras. For instance, the user is able to create professional reports using the FLIR Tools® Mobile App.
Alternatively, the user can perform the following functions using the FLIR One App:
- Conduct concurrent measurements – the FLIR One app can be used to set multiple regions of interest and temperature spot meters, allowing the user to perform consistent measurements.
- Referencing – the FLIR One app provides access to real-time thermal tips.
- View and measure difficult-to-access areas – this app is able to facilitate a connection between the FLIR One Pro LT Smartphone Thermal Cameras and the user’s iOS or Android smartwatch allowing him/her to view and measure around corners and other difficult-to-access places.
- Conduct further analysis – supports the downloading of images to the FLIR Tools Software; once downloaded the user is able to perform further evaluations and create professional reports.
