The Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras are the entry-models in Fluke series of Ti Pro Thermal Cameras and can be used to identify hot and cold spots, as well as failing electrical and mechanical components. The two Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Camera models differ in regards to their frame rates:

  • 4947250 - Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Camera – 60Hz
  • 4947261 - Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Camera – 9Hz

In all other respects the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras are the same; each one is able to detect temperatures between -20°C and +650°C (-4°F to +1202°F) to an accuracy of ±2°C/ ±2%, and has an IR resolution of 240 x 180 pixels (43 200 pixels).

As the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras are improved versions of Fluke’s Ti300 Thermal Imaging Cameras and, as such, include an improved thermal sensitivity of 40mK (NETD: 0.04 at 30°C target temperature), they are able to detect even finer temperature differences. Similarly, the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras feature sharper on-screen colour differentiation compared to that of their predecessors and include nine, rather than eight, colour palettes in both standard and Ultra Contrast™ versions:

This array of colour palettes and the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras' greater selection of yellows and greens improves the ease with which heat differences can be distinguished.

Additionally, these cameras include features such as multiple rectangle markers that allow the user to determine the minimum and maximum temperatures emitted by or present on a particular piece or pieces of equipment. The Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Camera will indicate the highest and lowest temperatures detected inside the rectangular marker.

Moreover, Delta-T markers can be used to determine the temperature differentiation across the image; one Delta-T is selected to serve as the reference point whilst the others indicate the difference in temperature between the reference point and the marker's specific point on the image.

Also working to improve the sharpness, clarity and accuracy of captured thermal data is the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras’ LaserSharp™ AutoFocus which uses a laser to determine the distance between the intended target and the camera in order to adjust the imager appropriately to ensure the subject is always in focus. The Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras will also indicate the measured distance on their 3.5”, 640 x 480p, LCD, touchscreen displays; for further information regarding this function, which is inherited from the cameras' predecessors, please see the following video.

Moreover, these cameras can be used with Fluke’s smart, infrared 2x and 4x telephoto, wide angle and macro IR lenses. These lenses can be used interchangeably amongst the Fluke Ti Pro Thermal Cameras and can be connected to each IR imager without the need for calibration. As a result, the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras can be adapted to focus on large and small targets.

The Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras compatibility with various smart, IR lenses, its LaserSharp™ Auto Focus, sharper on-screen colour differentiation and numerous imaging functions improve the ease and accuracy with which electrical and mechanical issues can be identified and diagnosed. Captured thermal images can be saved to the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras' removable 4GB microSD cards with notes and voice annotations using the IR-PhotoNotes™ function.

Moreover, as the Fluke Ti300 Pro Thermal Imaging Cameras are Fluke Connect-enabled, images can be synced straight to the user’s smartphone or tablet to be attached to an asset’s records and/or shared with relevant persons. Similarly, thermal footage can be streamed to the user’s smartphone or tablet via the Fluke Connect App and he/she can access maintenance records whilst he/she is in the field. These features allow teams of professionals to make collaborative decisions without the thermographer having to leave the field.
