The FLIR T912406 verifies the accuracy of FLIR acoustic imaging cameras. It generates a controlled sound signal for detection and analysis by the camera. The dB level of the signal provides a reference for confirming measurement levels and assessing the microphone array.
The acoustic camera tester includes predefined sound samples. These samples are compatible with the camera’s operating modes. This enables simulations of various partial discharges, gas leaks, and mechanical faults.
