FLIR CM94 AC/DC True-RMS Utility Clamp Meter

The FLIR CM94 AC/DC True-RMS Utility Clamp Meter can be used to measure AC/DC current, AC/DC voltage, resistance, frequency and temperature. Its rugged and ergonomic design, as well as its extensive array of testing capabilities, makes it ideal for industrial electricians, utility workers and electrical contractors.

The FLIR CM94 AC/DC True-RMS Utility Clamp Meter is able to measure current up to 2000A AC/DC. It can perform true-RMS AC current and voltage measurements and is equipped with an LoZ (low-impedance) mode which prevents errors caused by residual ghost voltage. This instrument also includes a VFD mode for filtering signal noise ensuring that the FLIR CM94 AC/DC True-RMS Utility Clamp Meter can be used on large motors and motor controls. Additionally, the Continuity Test mode allows the user to troubleshoot connections and components.

This clamp meter is both manual- and auto-ranging, allowing the user to adapt the FLIR CM94 AC/DC True-RMS Utility Clamp Meter to the application. This instrument can be operated using one hand as all the measurement functions are accessible via the thumb-dial. Measurements are indicated on the large, backlit, 6000-count display.

The FLIR CM94 AC/DC True-RMS Utility Clamp Meter’s oversized, 55mm jaw ensures that it is able to accommodate conductor wires and busbars. Furthermore, the FLIR CM94 AC/DC True-RMS Utility Clamp Meter has a safety rating of CAT IV 1000V protecting it from dangerous transient overvoltage near utility service equipment.
