Optimised for commercial electricians and automation field service or electronics repair technicians, the FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter is a durable, dependable and dynamic diagnostics and inspection tool capable of measuring a variety of electrical parameters.
The FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter can be used to measure:
- AC/DC voltage (up to 600V)
- AC/DC current
- Frequency
- Diode
- Capacitance
- Temperature
The FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter is also equipped with a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) mode and an LoZ (Low Impedance) mode which prevents ghost voltages from affecting measurements.
In addition to this, the FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter includes an integrated non-contact voltage detector. When the FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter detects a voltage, it will issue an audible alarm and will flash the display’s backlight. Non-contact voltage detection allows the user to conduct measurements safely; the FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter has a safety rating of CAT IV 300V, CAT III 1000V.
Furthermore, the FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter includes Min, Max and AVG functions as well as a Relative mode, allowing the user to ascertain the measurements most relevant to his/her application. Measurements can be frozen on the display using the Data Hold function. In addition to this, the FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter includes an Auto Power Off function for preserving battery life.
The FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter can be operated using a single hand. It is compact and ergonomic with easily accessible buttons and a simple-to-navigate, intuitive on-screen menu system.
To ensure the FLIR DM66 True-RMS Digital Multimeter is suitable for tough environments, it has been drop tested from 2m and is IP40 rated.
