Optimised for detecting compressed air and vacuum leaks, the FLIR Si1-LD Acoustic Imaging Camera is a lightweight, ergonomic ultrasonic camera equipped with 96 MEMS microphones, a 2kHz to 100kHz frequency range, a bandpass filter, noise suppression technology, and a 12MP digital camera. It functions by detecting ultrasonic noise emitted by compressed air and vacuum leaks and converting this into a sound map that is overlaid onto the corresponding digital image. Consequently, maintenance engineers can pinpoint problems precisely, quickly, and easily. Additionally, a Leak Analysis function calculates the leak rate and leak cost per year. This quantification enables teams to make informed, data-driven decisions about prioritising repairs. Moreover, images may be transferred from the camera to FLIR’s Thermal Studio Suite Software, via a memory stick or USB cable, for offline editing, analysis, and reporting.

Optional Wi-Fi

There are two versions of the FLIR Si1-LD Acoustic Imaging Camera available: one with Wi-Fi and one without Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi-enabled models may be used with the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer App which facilitates online, in-the-field analysis and reporting.
