The FLIR A700 has onboard measurement tools, configurable alarms, a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels (307,200 pixels), and an accuracy of ±2 °C or ±2% of the measured value. It has a wide selection of lenses, including 6°, 14°, 24°, 42°, 80°, and FlexView options. Focusing can be motorised, manual, or automatically set using one-shot contrast, while the camera is capable of handling temperatures ranging from 300 °C to 2000 °C.
