The FLIR K85 Firefighting Camera makes it easier to locate victims, follow fire behaviour, and assess structural risks. It maintains continuous visibility from cooler zones to severe heat without image freeze, colour distortion, or delays thanks to the single-range design.
The K85 connects wirelessly to the FLIR Responder App, allowing departments to streamline setup, manage captured media, and live-stream footage in real-time.
The K85 also has a set of dedicated firefighting modes for different scenarios. Basic Mode supports initial attacks and life-saving operations, Search Mode helps locate fires and detect lower temperatures, while Detection Mode highlights hotspots and includes hot/cold spot tracking.
For more demanding situations, High Heat Mode shifts the colour range for offensive operations, and White Hot Mode improves convection visibility and provides an alternative for colour-blind users.
