FLIR K95 Firefighting Thermal Imaging Camera

The FLIR K95 is a tactical firefighting thermal imaging camera with 640 × 480 thermal resolution and a 95° field of view. The wide-angle field of view captures more of the surrounding area than earlier K series models, reducing the need for constant scanning and panning while improving awareness of room layouts, escape routes, movement paths and fire development.

  • Basic:
    • Colourisation: 150 to 650°C (300 to 1200°F)
    • Main mode for fire attacks and life-saving operations
  • Search:
    • Colourisation starting at 80°C (175°F)
    • Tactical mode before, during and after fire with earlier colourisation
    • Valuable during size-up to locate fire and detect lower temperatures
  • Detection:
    • Highlights significantly hotter areas in a red gradient
    • Includes hot and cold spot trackers
    • Optimised for locating hot and cold areas
    • Useful for quick detection during search and rescue and overhaul
  • High Heat:
    • Colourisation: 250 to 650°C (500 to 1200°F)
    • Similar to TI-Basic mode, but with a higher temperature starting point
    • Useful for offensive operations when later colourisation is desired.

    • Enhances heat convection visibility, useful in training, high-heat environments, and for colourblind users
    • Useful when no colourisation is needed.
