FLIR TG298 High Temperature Spot Thermal Camera

The FLIR TG298 covers a wide range from -25°C to 1080°C (–13°F to 1976°F) with a 30:1 distance-to-spot ratio. MSX image enhancement blends visible details with infrared images, while Super Resolution boosts image quality to 320 × 240 pixels. Combined with a thermal sensitivity better than 50 mK, the TG298 reveals fine temperature differences that can highlight failing components, insulation issues, or process irregularities before they become critical.

The camera is IP54-rated, drop-tested to 2 m (6 ft), and has a 100-lumen LED flashlight, a bullseye laser pointer, and multiple colour palettes. The TG298 supports data capture in images, videos, and temperature readings, all of which can be documented through the FLIR METERLiNK® app. With a quick boot-up of around six seconds and a bright 2.4" colour LCD (320 × 240 pixels).
