Thermal Imaging
The FLIR T560 Thermal Camera can capture radiometric thermal images; this means large areas cane be scanned quickly and from a safe distance. It has an IR resolution of 640 x 480px which provides 307 200 individual non-contact temperature measurement points.
To ensure the capture of clear, high-quality images, the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera includes FLIR Vision Processing technology. It also features an MSX mode which enhances the clarity of thermal images using digital detail. The MSX mode improves the ease with which components and faults can be identified.
Additionally, the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera offers an UltraMax function which captures a series of thermal images in quick succession. These images can be combined using FLIR’s ResearchIR Software (NOT included) to create a single image with a higher resolution.
Advanced Measurement Tool
The FLIR T560 Thermal Camera has been equipped with laser-assisted autofocus and 1-touch level/span to ensure precise measurements.
In addition to this, the user can determine the distance to the component-under-investigation by using the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera’s on-screen laser distance measurement tool.
Moreover, as the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera is METERLiNK compatible, data gathered using FLIR’s METERLiNK-enabled clamp meters and multimeters can be added to thermal images and videos. Furthermore, integrated GPS means that the location is automatically included with images and the first frame of each video.
Ergonomic
Images are visible on the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera’s 4” LCD. The T560's display is 33% brighter and has a resolution that is four times greater than comparable cameras.
To enable inspection of hard-to-reach areas, the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera includes a 180° rotating block which allows the user to take measurements and capture images from any vantage point. The 180° rotating block is especially useful when inspecting overhead components.
Easy to Use
The FLIR T560 Thermal Camera’s rapid touchscreen display and two programmable buttons mean menus, folders and settings can be accessed quickly while in the field.
Furthermore, to streamline inspections, survey plans can be downloaded from the FLIR Thermal Studio Pro Software (FLIR Route Creator Plugin required) to the FLIR T560 Thermal Camera (FLIR Inspection Route firmware required).
The FLIR T560 Thermal Camera is a highly sensitive, ergonomic and adaptable thermal imager with advanced imaging technology. It is ideal for troubleshooting, diagnostic and inspection applications.
